Every CBD Company Has A Tincture: How is ours different?
At CBD 2.0, we pride ourselves on providing a better CBD for a better you, and our tinctures are no different. Designed for daily use, our tinctures provide a serving of highly bioavailable CBD that goes beyond oil. With CBD tinctures being the most popular CBD product on the market, we knew we needed to give the people a clear better option. And with our water-soluble CBD tincture, there is no comparison.
99.9% of all CBD tinctures come from three different varieties that can be distinguished by their color. These tinctures are either green, gold, or clear. And basically, that has been the evolution with CBD tinctures. First, we have green which was the least processed and weakest. It also has to be the worst tasting. Since taste is the number one most important factor in people continuing to take their CBD, this had to change. Next came the gold CBD tinctures which were a little more processed and potent, but almost equally as disgusting to force yourself to swallow. Next, came the clear CBD tinctures. These are almost one hundred percent identical to each other and are generally made by one big processor and private labeled by every other company. These clear CBD tinctures are usually just broad-spectrum CBD and MCT oil. Nothing more, nothing less.
Our tincture is completely different and something this industry has never seen. First, our water-soluble CBD tincture is more than just CBD and MCT oil. We went a couple of steps further than what other CBD companies do and added a synergistic super team of natural herbs and minerals. These added ingredients all work together to make each active ingredient better. We then went ever further and made the cannabinoids, MCT oil, and all the other ingredients water-soluble to improve the bioavailability and supercharge all the natural ingredients. We promise you that you cannot find a CBD tincture like our water-soluble CBD tincture.
With 300 mg of CBD in every bottle, this is equivalent to 1,500-3,000 mg of poorly bioavailability CBD oil tinctures like the green, gold, and clear tinctures. Plus, you have the added value of all the other beneficial and synergistic herbs which have all been converted and enhanced by our all-natural water-soluble CBD technology.
Also, because of our water-soluble CBD technology, our water-soluble CBD tincture is the safer choice as well. Anything that is oil soluble is stored in your fats. That is because your body will only absorb six to twelve percent of oil soluble elements. Our water-soluble CBD tincture is one hundred percent bioavailable to the body. We all have different bodies that function differently, so not everyone will absorb one hundred percent of our water-soluble CBD tincture. No problem. Whatever is left over is processed out of the body shortly thereafter and the body keeps only what it will use. This makes our water-soluble CBD tincture the safest choice for anyone using CBD on a daily basis. This also makes it a great choice for parents looking for the best CBD option for their children.
Our water soluble CBD tincture is comprised of:
- Highly bioavailable CBD, cannabinoids and terpenes
- Vitamin D3
- Coconut Extract
- And Maple
Vitamin D is composed of a group of fat-soluble secosteroids that play a key role in the absorption of many key minerals including calcium, magnesium, and phosphate. According to The Cleveland Clinic, a world-renowned medical institution, vitamin D is super important for your bone health not only due to increased absorption of calcium but also because vitamin D helps block the release of a certain hormone that gets absorbed into your bones making them weaker and brittle. CBD 2.0 has a complete lineup of products that can help you get additional vitamin D! Our tincture contains 400 International Units (IU) of vitamin d per serving, which is about the same as 3 oz of cooked salmon!
Curcumin is the active molecule in turmeric. Turmeric just happens to be the number one selling supplement in the world right now. With almost all turmeric being cultivated in India, turmeric and curcumin have been part of the Ayurvedic medical traditions of India for thousands of years. It just so happens that curcumin is part of the all-natural water-soluble CBD technology we use. Traditionally, curcumin has poor bioavailability in the human body. Most turmeric and curcumin products include piperine to help with the absorption of curcumin because it is so valuable to the body. With our water-soluble CBD technology, we also convert the solubility of curcumin and all of our other natural ingredients.
Ginger really needs no introduction from us because ginger is one of the most popular and successful superfoods in the world. It is one of the healthiest and (depending on who you ask) one of the most delicious The root of the ginger plant is what is most commonly used. It can be ground up, dried, powdered, eaten fresh, juiced, or made into an essential oil. At CBD 2.0, we took ginger and had our Ayurvedic doctor combine it to make the best topical CBD for pain ever created. These uniquely beneficial properties found in ginger come from the gingerol molecule, the main bioactive compound. Ginger has been greatly studied and the benefits are too many to list. If you have some time, do some research and discover all the good that ginger can do for you.
Known as Holy Basil, tulsi comes from India and other parts of Southeast Asia. Tulsi is an adaptogenic herb which is a group of plants that have been shown to help the body adapt to stress. Tulsi is full of other beneficial elements including eugenol, ursolic acid, rosmarinic acid, apigenin, lutein, and ocimumosides A & B. It appears that tulsi was the obvious choice then for our ancient ancestors who used this powerhouse herb to aid in the reduction of stress and anxiety and help fight off fatigue.
Coconut Extract/MCT Oil
Medium-chain triglycerides can be found in large amounts from the fatty acids extracted from coconuts. One of the main benefits of MCT Oil is that it is easily bioavailable. Meaning it is absorbed with ease by the body. This is why so many tinctures use MCT Oil to try and increase the bioavailability of the CBD oil too. This is unnecessary with CBD 2.0’s water soluble tincture technology. Medium-chain triglycerides are considered to be the most efficient of all fats. This is because they are absorbed in the GastroIntestinal tract before being broken down by pancreatic enzymes. MCT oil has been studied for many years. Research suggests that MCT Oil may be beneficial in regulating weight, supporting cognitive brain functioning, boosting athletic performance and aiding in a healthy functioning digestive system.
At CBD 2.0, we always source our CBD oil from organic hemp plants grown here in the USA. Our products contain all of the synergistic compounds (cannabinoids and terpenes) which are naturally present in the hemp plant. Everyone knows the best CBD products are made with pure CBD hemp oil. Makes sense, right? The best products come from the best oil. And if you take that a step further you will realize the best pure CBD hemp oil comes from the best organically grown hemp plants. That is why CBD 2.0 has partnered with only the best farms that have a proven history of growing the finest organic hemp. Because the CBD oil for sleep comes from the best organically grown hemp. And then we take that a step further will our all-natural water-soluble conversion technology!
Do We Use Broad-Spectrum or Full-Spectrum in Our Water-Soluble CBD Tincture?
We are proud to say that we start with a full-spectrum raw CBD in the manufacturing of our water-soluble CBD tincture. This is one of the reasons why our water-soluble CBD tincture is the best CBD tincture on the market. Full-spectrum CBD oil gives you a more complete profile of other synergistic cannabinoids like cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), and others. Plus, you get some terpenes as well, which are the oils that give all plants their aroma and certain flavor profiles. Most of these cannabinoids are what are considered minor cannabinoids. This means that they exist at much lower levels than CBD and even THC considering the strain or cultivar.
CBG, depending on what raw CBD you start with, will usually be present anywhere from zero to five percent. In most full-spectrum oils or CBD crude oils, CBG will usually be anywhere from one percent to three percent.
CBN is a mildly psychoactive cannabinoid found in most strains where THC is or was present. Also, it is important that cannabis is properly cured, stored, or aged for CBN to be present in any noticeable amount.
CBC is another rare cannabinoid that is often present in full and some broad-spectrum CBD oils. CBC is considered to be mildly psychoactive and non-intoxicating.
Cannabidiolic Acid (CBDa)
Before you ask about the little “a” next to the CBD, there are multiple forms of CBD. CBDa is CBD with its acid chain. While the acid chain is still attached, CBD is only available as CBDa with different properties and natural mechanisms for which it acts upon. Decarboxylation, or the process by which cannabinoids are heated, to remove the acid chain and convert CBDa to CBD. This does not mean that there is nothing good about CBDa. CBDa has been and is currently being researched for a multitude of things. In our experience, CBDa is great to have in topical CBD products. At CBD 2.0, we believe in the superior quality of whole plant extract versus CBD isolate. So, we prefer to use a full-spectrum CBD oil whenever possible, but also provide other options for people looking for a THC-free option.

Water Soluble CBD Tincture FAQ’s
What does it taste like?
The #1 reason people stop using their tinctures is because of the taste. Our water soluble CBD tincture is designed to do its job and tastes great, so you get the best of both. With turmeric, coconut, and maple extracts, our CBD tincture features a flavor you’re sure to love. And without any added or processed sugars, it is a flavor you do not have to feel guilty about enjoying. Everything we use in our products is natural, and sometimes nature can taste delicious. This is the case with our water soluble CBD tincture.
What is the correct serving?
Our experts recommend using 1 mL per serving. However, if you are new to taking CBD products in general, it is always a good idea to load up CBD to give your body a “kickstart.” So, if you are new to taking CBD or just want to ensure the best results, you can take 2 mL per serving twice per day. Once desired results are achieved, you can lessen to 1 mL twice per day.
How much CBD is in each serving?
Each serving contains 10 mg of highly bio available CBD in addition to all of the other synergistic ingredients. However, because of our all-natural water-soluble CBD technology, 10 mg of CBD 2.0 is equivalent to 50-100 mg of a traditional CBD tincture. And because it is water soluble CBD, it is also safer to take every day as the CBD will not get stored in your fats where levels can build up over time.
Why should I buy a tincture product rather than one of your other products?
The CBD tincture is one of the most popular CBD delivery systems for a reason. Holding a tincture under your tongue for a minute is a great way to improve absorption bypassing the gastrointestinal tract. The value of our water-soluble CBD tincture makes it a great choice for anyone.
CBD 2.0 applauds the findings included in US Government’s patent # US 6630507 “Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants.” Within this patent is the US Government’s assertion that Cannabidiol (CBD) has antioxidant properties. Antioxidants play a role in supporting health maintenance and also support in the prevention and maintenance of oxidation associated diseases. CBD 2.0 calls on the government and all researchers to further research into the additional therapeutic values of Cannabidiol.
